At the beginning of my professional carreer, I worked in an Austrian bank as a Controller for two years.  In my 5-year carreer as a university assistant at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna), I focused in the areas of strategic management, corporate consulting and change management.

During two years of management in a reputable textile company, I took care of the commercial management.  Since 1995 I've been managing the imPlus Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH.

Alongside my role as managing director at imPlus, I took part in a number of advisory and supervisory board functions in various companies, was a member of the board of directors of IMCN in Zurich (1998 to 2016) and from 2009 to 2013 a lecturer in the field of  mergers & acquisitions at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik in Chur (Switzerland). 

My areas of expertise include: company analysis, stucuring of new strategies as well as optimisation of the organizational structure, development and organisation of incentive systems, corporate restructuring, company purchases, -sales and succession.
