Since 2001 I have been an independent company consultant and since 2006 a partner of imPlus Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH. In my role as a consultant I advice and consult medium sized companies in strategic and organizational matters.
My counseling services are focused on people, their goals and their ideas and a healthy critical attitude as well as the organizational systems that surround them. In order to effectively pursue the goals set I accompany them in a targeted and systemic manner, I mediate and moderate.
Each consultation is individual and unique. There is no recipe "off the shelf". The approach and methodology differ accordingly.
The main focus of my work lies in the field of succession consultations within the framework of company transfers. The associated challenges, opportunities and risks have been emphasized my master thesis.
