The team from implus supported Fulterer during a sustainable modification process with the goal to optimise the strategies and structures of the company. For this to be made possible, 3 key projects were necessary:
Ownership structure
Cleaning of the ownership structure by negotiating a clean exit solution for a CEO as well optimising the entire company structure.
Strategic Realignment / Restructuring of marketing
Revision and adaption of company strategy to suit the market conditions and the restructuring of sales and its range of duties for an effective handling of the market.
M&A Project
Assistance in selecting a strategically interesting company with the intention of taking it over in order to achieve rapid growth through a buying strategy. Further consultation services related to the M&A project: Generation of a take over bid (project plan, finance model, due diligence, conducting negotiations).
