As one of Austria´s biggest companies, A1 Telekom Austria merged the former landline company with the mobile phone provider in 2010. To steer the new team together in a new direction and to exploit additional market potential, the company called in external support.

imPlus assisted A1 Telekom Austria from July to December 2010 during an intensive strategy development process in business customer sales. The complex project was directed by Mag. (FH) Christian Ruthner.
