Strategic consulting and organisational development
![]()
"Companies must constantly react o changes in the market, or even better anticipate them. This can only succeed if the strategy is critically checked regularly and the permanent organisational development consistently follows these guidelines. The members of the European consulting network IMCN have efficient methods of analysis. Even in a short period of time they will give you valuable information. Your contact in Austria, imPlus company development, has a great deal of experience and excellent professional distinctions.
Dr. André C. Wohlgemuth, CMC, Chariman of the IMCN
Short information:
Do you know the concept by Henry Mintzberg, the organisational expert from McGill University in Montreal/Canada? No? Or that of Michael E. Porter, the Harvard professor or the core competence concept from Hamel/Prahalad? No? then perhaps the insights of the Vienna strategic school or the normative St. Gallen management concept? No?
It is also not conducive to know strategic concepts. It is much more important to use targeted strategies. imPlus knows the theoretical strategic concepts as well as the proven strategies from business practice.
We ask the right questions and find the right answers/solutions together with our customers.
