Personell development
Short information:
The aim of personnel development is to orientate the competencies of the employees towards the current and future strategical requirements of a company. For this, an extensive range of tools is available (started from employee discussion right up to incentives and involvement systems.
Personnel recruiting/coaching are important themes.
The optimal allocation of the various functions within the company is one of the largest in house challenges and harbours both chances and risk in equal measure. In the course of the strategical and re-organisation processes it can happen that the existing and/or newly defined roles are reallocated and/or reshuffled.
This demanding task requires on the one hand a great deal of instinctive feeling and on the other hand a high level of cruacial consulting competence. the "externality" of the consultant is a definite advantage, the consulting professionalism is naturally a requirement in order to make structural and personnel decisions for the company in a sensible and targeted way.
Example:
Challenge: Raiffeisen Lagerhaus Lavanttal is an established company in Lavanttal and employs 130 employees. After various mergers a consortium emerged with 7 sites. The challenge in this project was to get modern business management concepts, profitability requirements and high expectations from the management under one roof.
Solution: imPlus supported the company in the conception and imlementation of a modern personnel development. The basis for this was therefore targeted and intensive work with the management and employees of the company.
"The consultation by Mr Thomas Böckle was very professional and we would like to express our complete satisfaction and would be happy to recommend imPlus Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH."
