Professional career / consulting focus
At the beginning of my professional career I worked as a controller in an Austrian bank for 2 years. In my five year role as a university assistant at the University of economics Vienna, I dealt with the areas of strategical management, management consulting and change management. In my 2 year fixed period of management at a textile company I dealt with commercial management. I have managed the consultancy firm imPlus since 1995.

My consultancy focuses include: company analysis, designing new strategies and optimisation of the organisational structure and sequence organisation, development of incentive systems, corporate restructuring, corporate purchasing, sales, successor establishment.

Reference customers from the private sector: LIBRO, Head, DECOMSYS, IRM, Fulterer Auszugsysteme, Raiffeisen Lagerhaus Lavanttal, Mittelstandskreis, Red Zac Strauss, OMV, Vorsprung Messebau.

Hobbies
I love sports: running marathons, mountain biking, skiing and inline skating.
