Professional career / Consulting focus
I have been a self employed management consultant for 7 years and founded Promag Marketing GmbH in 2000. The consultation focus is in professional accompaniment of small and medium sized enterprises in strategic and operative marketing and communication tasks.

At the same time I worked as a network partner within imPlus company development, and I have been a joint owner and shareholder since June 2007.

My consulting always focuses on the individual person with their aims, ideas and a healthy critical approach. I try to accompany them in a target oriented and competent way, to mediate and to moderate in order to achieve set goals.

Moderation has played a central additional role in my professional life for many years.
