Professional career / consulting focus
At the beginning of my professional career I worked as a controller in an Austrian bank for 2 years. In my five year role as a university assistant at the University of economics Vienna, I dealt with the areas of strategical management, management consulting and change management.

I have managed the consultancy firm imPlus since 1995.

My consultancy focuses include: company analysis, designing new strategies and optimisation of the organisational structure and sequence organisation, development of incentive systems, corporate restructuring, corporate purchasing, sales, successor establishment.
