2011 - imPlus customers include hidden champions
Christian Ruthner becomes joint owner and managing partner of imPlus. The imPlus consulting network IMCN celebrates its 20 year anniversary in Hongkong in the scope of the annual meeting. imPlus takes care of numerous hidden champions in areas such as automotive supply, measuring tools, machine construction, electronics and in the area of food retail trade.

2010 - 15 years of business
imPlus has been active in the consultation business for 15 years. Christian Ruthner returns from a Strategy MBA including a consulting mandate in the USA and since then manages the business operations in Eastern Austria and the imPlus office in Vienna. One of the biggest companies in Austria, A1 Telekom Austria, becomes a customer. Thomas Böckle joins the Investment Committee auf GCP Gamma Capital Partners in Vienna.

2008 - 4 further CMCs (Certified Management Consultants)
Benedicte Hämmerle and Christian Ruthner  were distinguished as CMCs in Innsbruck.

2007 - imPlus wins the Constantinus Award 2007
imPlus were awarded the prize for best consulting company by the jury in the category of management consulting.

2007 -New company structure
Thomas Böckle took over the shares of the existing shareholders. At the same time Benedicte Hämmerle became joint owner.

2006 - We follow our customers
The consulting tasks for an Austrian customer led us to a subsidiary company in North Carolina / USA.

2004 - Nomination for Constantinus Award
imPlus was nominated for the Constantinus Award 2004 for the first time.

2001 - imPlus consultants were working in 14 countries in Europe
The Austrian market is too small for many companies. Austria´s econcomy is dependent on exports. Even public organisations are orientating themselves more and more towards international development. The imPlus network strategy allows us to handle complex consulting mandates quickly and competently.

2000 - imPlus site in the West of Austria
In Lustenau (Vorarlberg) a second imPlus site was opened.

2000 - imPlus has established themselves as a top management consulting company
Mag. Martin Knapp became CMC-Consultant of ICMCI. This internationally recognised quality standard as well as network approach means a unique USP for imPlus and security and a high level of benefits for the customers. imPlus consultants work as lecturers and trainers for WIFI Österreich (Austria), the management academy of Vienna for management consulting.

1999 - Ready for the challenges of the next millennium
The company group Frantschach (Frantschach AG, Frantschach Packaging Ag, Neusiedler AG, Patria AG), one of the TOP 100 companies in Austria is gained as a customer, dynamic medium sized companies such as IRM (software for energy companies) and/or omen internet communication services AG make use of our experience and knowledge.

1998 - Internationalisation
imPlus is a member of IMCN, a consortium of 3000 consultants from more than 10 countries in Europe.

1996 - first full business year
The management consultant and IT specialist Martin Knapp took over management of business area IT-Consulting. Important network partners are gained and supplemented the range of services of imPlus. The first renowned customer to be gained was Raiffeisen insurance.

1995 - Formation of an enterprise in Vienna
The management consultant Thomas Böckle founded the management consulting company imPlus OEG in Vienna with partners. imPlus offers consulting services in three strategic business fields.
